Paul Ferron, VP and research director at Forrester, emphasized the importance of alignment across functions as not just a strategic advantage but a necessity in today's dynamic market. 'We're looking forward to recognizing organizations that understand the critical role of alignment in delivering unmatched customer experiences,' Ferron stated.
